Why was I charged?

If you do not wish to order a book you can log in and press skip. You must manually press skip for our system to register that you would like to roll your book credit over. Learn how to skip HERE.

There are a few reasons why you would be charged:

  1. You shipped a box or purchased an audiobook this month, so we’ve charged you at the end of the month in order to give you a credit for next month’s books.
  2. You didn’t choose a book or choose to skip your box by the 6th of the month, so at the end of the month we renewed you for next month’s credit.
  3. You are on an annual plan and you used up your credits, so you have been renewed for another 12 credits to continue getting books each month.
  4. You paused your account and your paused period has come to an end, so we’ve renewed you for next month’s book credit.
  5. You added extra books to your box and you chose to pay cash for them, rather than using a credit.
